The jumper that almost wasn't

A little something for a friend. Can you figure out what's wrong with it? This jumper did not want to be made. First the animals all turned upside down on the front, then the machine tried to eat the thread and fabric (check your needle size! don't use a size 16 needle on light fabric) but all's well that ends well and it's very cute.
