These diapers are fantastic. Are you using just a regular machine, or do you need a serger and all the fancy gear? I am dying to make my own, but can't find really any clear direction.
It's just a regular machine. They are turned and topstitched. I was overwhelmed in the beginning, too, but the best thing to do is just make a diaper. Use whatever material you have at home - jersey, flannel, and see how it turns out.
